WHO WE LOOK FOR

We hire for curiosity, experience is the internship’s job

what matters

What we look at in a candidate.

Genuine, demonstrated interest in AI and data, working English, and the availability to commit for eighteen months – that's what we weigh. The rest the rotations build.
Students who use AI, data and automation as everyday tools – not just as a subject on the syllabus
Hands-on evidence: your own projects, automations, dashboards or AI-supported workflows
Twelve consecutive weeks between July and September
Curiosity about how a medicine gets made, tested, registered and sold

What doesn't

What we don't expect you to have.

A finished degree, work experience, Python, a chosen business area – none of these are entry requirements. Not having them won't hold your application back.
A finished degree
Prior work experience
Python, SQL or Power BI – nice to have, never required
A chosen business area

BEYOND YOUNG TALENTS

Internships open across the Group year-round, in specific teams and sites.

WHERE INTERNSHIPS RUN

AI projects run in every part of the business

Nine months in one of these areas, then nine in another. Your projects feed Polpharma's technological transformation, and two rotations are enough to learn which part of the business you want to build a career in.

OUR standardS

Every internship is paid, every intern has a mentor, and every project has an owner

The company that verifies a living wage for every employee does not run unpaid placements. The rest of the standard holds the same way - stated, then kept.

Paid, properly

A real salary for real work, stated in the posting, with no negotiation games.

More than an internship

Young Talents is designed to develop you, not to keep you busy, and to show you where a career at Polpharma could go.

A named mentor

One person accountable for your eighteen months and for the feedback at the end.

The training catalogue

The same 1,000+ development opportunities employees use, open from day one.

Cross-functional exposure

Hands-on work in two different parts of the company, and a working picture of how Polpharma actually operates.

A journey, not just an internship

Young Talents can be the first step in a longer path at Polpharma, towards future programmes and roles.

"In my position, it is most important to have technical aptitude to be able to solve automation and mechanics-related problems. In my everyday work, I above all appreciate the specific, fixed working hours and the good atmosphere.
